Peter Schadek, Principal
Peter is one of the three co-founders of PSR, providing over 24 years’ experience in design and retail construction – including ground-up and major remodel of large grocery and retail stores (a major component to many of these projects is industrial refrigeration).
Prior to joining PSR Peter held senior construction and project management positions at leading firms including Capitol Refrigeration, Kysor/Warren, Grocery Outlet, R-3 Builders, Hussman Refrigeration, and WR Layne Construction and Engineering.
With such a robust history, including the 100’s of projects Peter has completed for PSR, he has the skillset to successfully manage and complete almost any type of commercial project. Peter is a person of great integrity and has that special knack of creating long-term relationships with clients.
Steve Bossert, Principal
Steve is another co-founder of PSR. With over 27 years of construction experience under his belt, Steve has brought that skillset – as well as the resources – from two other co-owned construction companies to the PSR family.
Steve holds contractors licenses in several disciplines including general contracting, acoustical tile, and electrical. With over 1,000 major projects successfully completed, Steve brings a special ability to strategically and effectively manage any commercial or industrial project. He is a master at successfully completing projects at very competitive prices which endears PSR as a primary contractor to many developers and property owners.
Ron Bossert, Principal
As the third co-founder of PSR, Ron has over 23 years of construction experience holding contractor licenses in several western states and in several disciplines – including general contracting and concrete services.
As co-owner of two affiliated construction companies providing complementary industry services, Ron is able to orchestrate cost-effective, high-quality project solutions for PSR clients. He oversees all company operations and provides the guidance necessary for PSR to continue to maintain its rapid growth … its reputation as an honest, superior quality General Contractor … and its expanding leadership role in the construction, remodeling, and maintenance of grocery and retail stores.
Mike Mesetz, Sr. Construction Manager
With 24 years of construction experience, Mike is an expert at managing construction projects from estimating to the actual supervision of the work. His projects run the gamut including underground, ground-up, and commercial remodel construction.
Mike has been with PSR since its inception (2008) and among his other duties continues to provide valuable insight into the preparation and development of any project. Mike received a BS degree in Construction Management from Chico State University.
Jeff Randall, Division Manager
Jeff Randall brings 25 years of construction experience to PSR. His resume includes participation in high-end projects such as AT&T Park in San Francisco and the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Jeff is currently managing the operations of the Maintenance Division, Flooring Division, and numerous small-to-medium sized remodel projects from California to Texas for PSR and its affiliated companies. He is a graduate of Sacramento State University.
Randall Bertuccelli, Finance Director
The newest member of the PSR management team, Randy is helping us manage the successful growth of the company. He brings to us a skillset in the business disciplines of accounting, financial and operational management, internal controls, and corporate governance.
Randy has over 30 years of experience working within various sizes of organizations from start-up companies to a high profile, publically traded corporation. He is a graduate of Golden Gate University and earned his CPA while working for the international accounting firm of KPMG.
MaryBeth Powers, Accounting Manager
MaryBeth has been with PSR since its inception and manages many of its critical back-end operations – including the accounting department, banking and cash management functions, and ERP maintenance. MaryBeth received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California.
