Peter Schadek, President
Peter is co-founder of PSR and offers over 25 years’ experience in design and retail construction, including, ground-up construction of major grocery and retail stores, grocery remodels and industrial refrigeration in many Western States. Prior to PSR, Peter held Senior positions in construction and project management at leading firms including Capitol Refrigeration, Kysor/Warren, Grocery Outlet, R 3 Builders, Hussmann Refrigeration and WR Layne Construction and Engineering. With over 1000 projects completed with various stringent timelines and requirements; Peter has the knowhow to successfully complete a vast variety of projects. Peter works directly with our Clients on Design Build Projects and the PSR management teams to ensure projects are designed, constructed and completed to our client's satisfaction.
Randall Bertuccelli, CFO
Is responsible for helping us manage the successful growth of the company. He brings to us a skillset in the business disciplines of accounting, financial and operational management, internal controls and corporate governance. Randy has over 30 years of experience working within various sizes of organizations from start-up companies to a high profile, publicly traded corporation. He is a graduate of Golden Gate University and earned his CPA while working for the international accounting firm of KPMG.
Jeff Randall, Vice President
Jeff Randall brings 25 plus years of construction experience to PSR West Coast Builders. His resume includes participation in high-end projects such as AT&T Park in San Francisco and the Staples Center in Los Angeles. He currently oversees day to day operations of PSR West Coast Builders and its affiliated companies throughout the United States. His understanding of the Construction industry from planning phase to final punch allows PSR West Coast Builders to maintain relationships with end users that is unsurpassed in the Construction Industry. He is a graduate of California State University Sacramento.
Laird Lobban, Sr. Estimator & Project Manager
Laird is a Senior Project Manager and Estimator providing PSR with over 35 years of construction experience in progressive responsible supervision, engineering and management roles on commercial projects. Project types range from clothing retail stores, grocery stores, bakeries to restaurants for smaller mall outlets to large free-standing ground-up projects. Laird is responsible for providing the initial conceptual and final project estimates and for overseeing the day-to-day planning, organizing and scheduling of the projects. Laird holds a degree in Construction Management from Cal Poly Pomona.
Mark Kenney, Senior Project Manager
Mark is a Senior project Manager with 20+ years of experience within the construction industry with strengths Value Engineering, Maintaining a tight budget, Schedules and overall project management. Mark is a graduate of California State University Long Beach with a Bachelors degree in Construction Management. Mark has been involved with many projects over the years including, Ground up Buildout of Chows Restaurant Oakland, Market Building Jack London Square and Cerritos Millennium Library.
