PSR West Coast Builders offers General Contracting Services, as well as, full service Tenant Improvement Projects.  PSR owns two subsidiary companies, PSR Western State Builders, and Construction Trade Support Services (CTSS). CTSS offers a full spectrum of in-house, self-performed services:  Refrigeration and HVAC, Electrical, Concrete, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Roofing, Metal Stud & Drywall, Painting and Plumbing.  CTSS also is a specialty company offering dynamic Concrete Floor Grinding & Polishing, turning any concrete surface to a mentionable showpiece.

PSR oversees construction projects across a broad range of commercial and industrial sectors, with special expertise in retail and grocery. From standard bid-build or lump-sum general contracting to design/build, PSR prides itself on its very flexible work style and process. Our general contracting estimating team draws on an extensive history of past projects to review your scope of work and deliver a competitive price for construction.

Our design/build approach has been very successful when requirements are not finalized and timelines are short.   As the design evolves, schedules and construction are continuously reviewed to ensure best balance between quality, cost and timelines.

Our subcontractors are valuable members of the team, and their qualifications, schedules, fees and workmanship are managed closely throughout the project. Our subs recognize our 24/7, 365 days-a-year approach is often necessary for renovation and Tennant Improvement jobs.  We know how important it is to minimize disruption on a jobsite that remains open for business during construction.
